This hotel is in the perfect location, right in the centre of Grahamstown. It's close to everything you may need, including restaurants and shops. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable, with the option of a bath or a shower. And what a bonus to have breakfast included in such a competitive rate!

The hotel staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful during our stay. The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the town and its many sights. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest.

The hotel appeared to be outdated and in need of renovation. The carpets, fixtures, and fittings were stained and the bathroom tiles had mold growth.

The staff was friendly and helpful with any of my questions. the facilities were clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the availability of off-street parking and the reliable wifi access.
